Nestled in the heart of Catalonia, Sumarroca is a family-owned estate dedicated to sustainability, biodiversity, and crafting cavas that express both purity and elegance. With deep respect for the land and a pioneering spirit, the winery has become a benchmark for organic viticulture in Spain. During this exclusive tasting, you will have the opportunity to discover the unique character of four different Sumarroca organic cavas.
The tasting will be guided in English by Holly Plumeridge, Sumarroca’s Export Manager, who will take us on a journey through the estate’s history, winemaking philosophy, and the stories behind each bottle.
